Ingredients
2 lbs. 93% lean Turkey Burger2 tbl. Spoons Chilli powder1tbl. spoon Challula Chilli powder2 tbl. spoons Light Virgin Olive oil2 16oz. cans of Light Red Beans1 16 oz. can Red Kidney Beans2 16 oz. cans Tomato Sauce1 24 oz. can Chopped Stewed Tomatos
Directions
Brown Burger in Skillet with 2 tbl. spoons olive oil.
Drain and rinse, then add all chilli powder stir in well.
Pour all Tomato sauce, chopped stewed tomatos, and all 3 cans of beans into large Crockpot, then add the seasoned burger. cover set on either high or shift, depending on the type setting your particullar crockpot allows. Cook a minimum of 5 hours stirring about once an hour then shift setting to low. Serve when ever you feel like it and you will be provided with plenty of left overs for lunch or dinner at a later date. Like any good chilli the longer it sets the better it tastes.
How much chilli powder you use is up to you, my wife doesn't like spicy and this suits her taste just fine. The Challula powder is pretty spicy so be careful with it.
This should make about 1 gal. of chilli
each 1.5 cup serving contains about 300 cals. so there is still room for a small 2% 1 slice grilled cheese sandwich.
Enjoy.
