brown beef. add cup of chopped onions and chopped garlic to taste. Cook 3 cups egg noodles and drain. Stir in can of mushroom soup to ground beef, mix in noodles. In a bowl mix together cottage cheese, parmesan cheese and an egg. Add mixture to skillet as well as cup of cheddar cheese. Let simmer couple mins.
