Vegetarian Meatball Sub

Ingredients
6 veggie meatballs1 whole wheat hot dog roll1/2 cup marinara sauce1oz mozzarella
Directions
Brown defrosted meaballs in a non stick fry pan.
Add sauce and bring to a simmer.
Place hot dog roll on a baking sheet sprinkle chees on open bun.
Toast in broiler for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle cheeses over meatballs.
Spoon veggie meatballs and sauce into toasted hot dog roll.
Makes one vegetarian sub.

    I think it has too many fat grams and sodium. Im woundering if there isn't a way to modify that. That is for just ONE. I would have to say, "Not for me thank you." - 3/14/07
