cornmeal pudding

Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal, 2 cups water, 1 tsp salt, 1 egg
Directions
Put all ingredients in a 2 qt sauce pan. Stir over medium heat until cornmeal is thick, about 5 to 8 minutes. Makes 2 cups and about 3, 3/4 cup servings. serve warm with 2 tbls brown sugar and nutmeg on top.
