Lemon Bars

Ingredients
For the crust:1 cup butter, room temp1/2 c sugar2 c flour1/8 tsp saltFor filling:6 large eggs, room temp2 1/2 c sugar2 Tbsp lemon zest1 c freshly squeeze lemon juice1 c flour10x sugar for dusting
Directions
preheat oven 350. Need 9x13 pan

Crust: cream butter and sugar until light. Combine flour and salt. Spray pan with Pam. Flatten dough in bottom of pan, making a 1/2" edge up sides.

Bake until light brown. Cool.

Filling: Whisk eggs, sugar, lemon zest, juice and flour. Pour over crust and bake for 30 minutes (until filling is set). Let cool.

Dust with 10x sugar.
