Italian Rolled Chicken

Ingredients
boneless , skinless chicken breastdiced tomatoes, drainedpart skim mozzarellaseasoned bread crumbsolive oilseasonings and spices
Directions
Pound each breast thin enough to roll. Mix drained tomatoes, cheese and spices, put onto chicken breast and roll up, coat with olive oil and roll in bread crumbs. Place in coated casserole dish, sprinkle top with mozzarella. Bake at 375, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Makes four servings, cut each roll in half.
