Spinach, Cheese and Mushroom Crepe

Ingredients
.5 cup spinach, 1 oz cabot 75% cheese, .5 cup mushroom, 1 egg, .25 cup flour, .125 tsp salt, .25 tsp ground nutmeg, .5 cup fat free milk
Directions
Mix milk, flour, salt, nutmeg and egg together. LIghtly poor on heated skillet. Flip to cook other side. Put food on one side of crepe and fold crepe over while it finishes cooking.
