1 frozen banana1/2 cup skim milk1/2 tsp ground flax seed3 dates cut up and pitted5 pecan halves1 tsp vanilla extract4 ice cubes
Directions
blend all the ingredients in the blender and blend util thick! pour into a glass, add a straw and enjoy!
