Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients
2 cups of honeydew melon balls1 cup of papaya balls or cubes1 cup fresh strawberries, halved1 cup fresh raspberries2 large grapefruits 1 cup of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
Directions
Wash all the fruit thoroughly. Cut up the papaya and honeydew melon and either make balls with a melon baller or just take the peel away and cube the fruit. Cut the grapefruits in half; take the sections out and place in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Then squeeze all the juice and pulp--pouring it over the remaining ingredients. If the salad seems a little dry--just add more fresh grapefruit juice. Oranges can be substituted or added but check the calorie count. A spritz of lemon juice will help the fruit keep its colour. Cover the glass bowl with wrap and refridgerate before serving.
