Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped starkist chunk light Tuna in water (3 oz), 1 serving Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup Black Olives, 15 jumbo Olive Oil, 1 tsp, Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Directions
chop everything and mix together, serve cold.
