Super Easy Shrimp Creole

Ingredients
1 can Hunt's Manwich Original Sloppy Joe Sauce 12 oz salad shrimp (Kroger brand), 1/2 cup chopped Green bell peppers 1/4 cup chopped Onions1/2 cup Celery, raw 1/4 cup Flour, white 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted 3/4 tsp Pepper, red or cayenneHot cooked rice (Not included in nutritional values or calories)
Directions
Sauteed bell pepper, onion and celery in butter using large fry pan until softened. Add flour to create a rue. Add can of manwich, shrimp and as much water to get desired consistancy. Add cayenne pepper to taste. Make it as hot as you like.

(Makes 4 servings, 3/4cup each)

Serve over rice.
