Chicken Cordon Blue

Ingredients
1 package of Perdue chicken breast thin strips3 slices of lunchmeat ham3 polly-o string mozzarella cheese1 tsp spicy brown mustard
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. I use the Perdue chicken breast that is already sliced thin for me so I don't have to pound it! Spread mustard on each breast, then place half a slice of ham and half a string cheese on each piece of chicken. Roll them up and place them open side down ina baking dish sprayed with no-stick spray. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
