4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts12 oz. whole wheat penne, cooked1 bunch broccoli, steamed For lemon mustard sauce:4 Tbsp. Olive OilJuice and zest from 1/2 lemonscant 1 Tbsp. whole grain mustardred pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine ingredients for sauce and combine with chicken in baking dish. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until done. Slice chicken into bite size pieces. Toss chicken, including all oil from baking dish, with penne and broccoli.
