Quick Cream Cheese Pastry

Ingredients
1/2 c butter, softened1/2 c cream cheese, softened1 c whole wheat flour
Directions
Beat butter and cream cheese in bowl until smooth. Add flour; beat just unitl a soft dough forms. Form into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap; chill 1 hour or overnight. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place each ball of dough into cups of a mini-muffin pan. Press Mini-tart shaper (pampered chef product) into dough to form tart shells. Pierce with a fork. Bake 10-12 minutes or until a light, golden brown. Cool in pan 5 minutes; carefully remove tart shells from pan. Cool completley. Fill as desired.
