Veggie Pita Pizza

Ingredients
1 tbsp Kraft Balsamic Dressing1 whole wheat pita bread1 tbsp pizza sauceenough spinach leafs to cover pita bread3 tbsp chopped red pepper3 tbsp chopped green pepper1 tbsp chopped red onion3 tbsp crumbled feta cheese4 tbsp grated partely skim mozzarella cheesethin slices of tomato to cover pizza
Directions
Makes 1 pizza

Marinade peppers and onions in Kraft Balsamic Dressing. Let sit for at least an hour.

Spread pizza sauce on pita bread.

Cover sauce with spinach.

Evenly spread pepper and onion mixture over spinach.

Add feta cheese and mozzarella cheese.

Bake in over at 350 for about 10-12 minutes (until mozzarella cheese is melted).

Place tomatoes on top when it's immediately out of oven and let it sit a few minutes before cutting.

You can microwave the peppers, onions and balsamic dressing before putting them on the pizza if you prefer them to be softer.
