Ingredients
1 - Heart Romaine Lettuce1/2 - Red Tomatoe pitted and diced4 - Rings Red onion diced1 - Cucumber pitted and diced1 - Carrot shredded 2 tbsp - Banana peppers dicedSalt to tasteBlack pepper to taste6 oz - Grilled Chicken chopped
Directions
Layer all your ingredients from the lettuce to the banana peppers.
season chicken with salt/pepper to taste
Grill chicken 7-8 min on each side.
Once the chicken is ready slice and add to salad, mix and... ENJOY! you may add vinaigrette dressing
