Cream Cheese Potato soup

Ingredients
6 cups of Water7 teaspoons of chicken bouillon granules2 packages of fat free cream cheese(8 oz each)3.5 cups of diced Potatoes1.5 cups cubed fully cooked Ham1 onion diced2 cloves of garlic 1 teaspoon of Dill weed
Directions
Add water bouillon and cream cheese till cheese is melted.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil
Reduce heat ;simmer uncovered for 18-20 minutes or till vegetables are tender
