ham and potato casserole

Ingredients
1 bag simply potatoes, shredded style1 can cream of chicken soup1/2 cup light sour cream1/4 cup skim milk1 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese (divided)1 cup french fried onions (divided)4 cups diced ham
Directions
Mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream and milk. Add HALF of the shredded cheese and HALFof the fried onions. Mix until combined. Add potatoes and ham and mix well. Spoon into 9x13" pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. Add remaining cheese and onions to the top and bake for 5 minutes more!
