Ingredients
Cucumber (peeled), 2.5 medium (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)green onion, 0.75 cup (remove)Feta Cheese, 1.5 oz (remove)Red Wine Vinegar, 0.25 cup (remove)*Extra Light Olive Oil, 2.5 tbsp (remove)
Directions
1. combine diced cucumber, chopped tomato, green pepper, black olives and sliced scallion or green onion in large mixing or serving bow.
2. cruble feta cheese over top. drizzle vinegar and olive oil over salad. sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. toss at the table just before serving
