Chicken Curry Salad

Ingredients
12.5 oz. canned chicken1/2 cup diced celery1/2 cup red or green bell pepper, diced1/3 cup of lowfat yogurt1 t. curry powder2 T raisins2 T mango chutney
Directions
Mix yogurt and curry powder, set aside. Dice celery and red pepper, and combine with yogurt, curry, chicken, raisins, and chutney.

Can be served in a wrap, or on top of lettuce.

Makes 3 1-cup servings.
