Preheat grill or grill pan to high.
*3/4 pound uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast*10 sprays olive oil cooking spray*2 tsp Grill Mates Montreal chicken seasoning*10 oz mixed greens*1/2 cup celery*2 Tbsp Land O Lakes Stick Light Butter*1 Tbsp Heinz Worcestershire Sauce* 2 Tbsp hot sauce*1/2 cup canned tomato sauce* 8 Tbsp T. Marzetti Light Chunky Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
Preheat grill or grill pan to high.
Place chicken on a plate and spray with olive oil spray then season with grill seasoning. When grill is hot, add chicken and cook about 3 minutes on each side.
In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt butter and stir in Worcestershire, hot sauce, and tomato sauce.
Remove the chicken from grill and thinly slice it. Add chicken to sauce and coat.
Toss greens with celery in a large bowl. Add chicken, mix lightly. Drizzle each serving with 2 Tbsp dressing and toss.
