* Penne Pasta, cooked, 8 oz * Capers, canned, 1 tbsp, drained * Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted, 6 oz * Sundried Tomatos, 100 gram(s) * Artichoke Hearts, 6 oz * Melissa's Fried Tofu, 1 pkg * Basil, 2 tbsp * Olive Oil, about 4 Tbsp
Prepare the pasta.
Drain cappers, artichokes, and pit olives.
Slice the sundried tomatos into strips.
Chop the basil.
Cut the Tofu into bite size pieces
toss everything (except basil) in a saute pan and warm thoroughly. Top with basil and olive oil, serve.
