2 crust pie crust,2cups diced roast beef2cups diced boiled potatoes1cup lima beans1cup corn1cup green beans2cups gravy
cut beef and potatoes into bite size chunks, mix all ingredients and add to pie shell, cover with pie crust dough, bake at 425 for 30-35 minutes until crust is golden brown.

Loved it. Easy, delicious and filling. I just used 3 cups of frozen mixed veggies instead of those listed. One thing, the filling wouldn't fit in my 9" deep dish crust and I had to do 2 seperate open faced dishes. Will try in 10" deep dish next time as the pie fell apart when serving. - 2/17/11
