Ingredients
1 C. nonfat vanilla yogurt1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce1/2 c. ice cubes26 Teddy Grahams (Cinnamon)
Directions
All all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth. Garnish with three additional Teddy Grahams if desired. Makes four six-ounce servings.
