Honey-glazed Carrots

Ingredients
2 bunches raw carrots (i use orange and red)1/2 c water1 T butter1 T raw honey
Directions
Peel and cut carrots on a bias in large chunks.
Melt butter in large pan and add carrots. Sautee for 5 minutes. Add water and honey. Mix well. Cover and simmer (stirring occasionally) for 10 minutes or until carrots are tender-crisp and sauce has cooked out.
