1 lb ground beef1 onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, choppedSaltPepper1 large can Diced Tomatoes1 large can Tomato Sauce1 green pepper, chopped2 cups elbow macaroni, dryItalian Seaoning1-2 T Sugar
-Brown ground beef with onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
-Drain off any fat.
-Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, green peppers, Italian seasoning and sugar.
-Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
-At the same time, boil 2 cups of elbow macaroni.
-Bring together the sauce and the macaroni and cook until macaroni is warm.
