Diabetic Pumpkin Pie

1 can Pumpkin 1 graham cracker pie crust1 12 oz cool whip lite1 box (8 oz) Jello sugar free/fat free instant pudding mixSplenda packets (about 3 teaspoons worth - more if you like it sweeter)
Make the instant pudding using 1-2% milk. Take the pumpkin and mix in the splenda. Mix half of the pudding with the pumpkin and layer the other half on the bottom of the pie crust. Add the pumpkin/pudding mix on top of the pudding layer. Top with the cool whip. Makes about 8 slices of pie.....
