Ingredients
Large TomatoMozzarella CheeseSalt and PepperParmesan CheeseItalian Seasoning
Directions
Cut off the top of the tomato and gut it. Chop up the insides and mix with mozzarella, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning. Put back into the tomato and top with parmesan. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 min.
