1 box [18.25oz] Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® Devis Food cake mix1 1/3 cups water5 egg whites1/2 cup Musselman's unsweetened applesauce16 oz. Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy Hershey’s Dutch Cocoa Chocolate Frosting
1) Preheat oven to 350°F for shiny metal or glassy pan or 325°F for dark or nonstick pan. Spray bottom only with nonstick cooking spray.
2) Beat cake mix water, egg whites, and applesauce on LOW speed for 30 seconds, then on MEDIUM speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into prepared pan.
3) Bake for 29-34 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. If using dark or nonstick pan, lengthen bake time by 3-5 minutes.
4) Cool completey before frosting with Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy Hershey’s Dutch Cocoa Chocolate Frosting.
