Ya Ya's Pumpkin Flan

3 whole eggs 6 tbsp splenda blenda 1/3 cup water 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 1 cp pumpkin puree 1.5 nonfat evaporated milk for caramel .5 cup of splenda blend
Beat all the ingredients together( minus the .5 cup sugar.) Carefully pour into caramelized pan and bake at 350 in a bain marie for about 50 minutes or until golden
test with knife it should come out clean
remove from oven and refrigerate
caramel: In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt sugar until liquefied and golden in color. Carefully pour hot syrup into a 9 inch round glass baking dish, turning the dish to evenly coat the bottom and sides. Set aside.
