Baggett Bread

Ingredients
2 C. Warm Water1 T. Instant Yeast3 T. Sugar6 C. Four2 tsp. Salt
Directions
Mix warm water, yeast, sugar, 3 cups flour and salt together until smooth. Gradually add remaining flour until it is a sticky dough. Knead with a bread machine until it pulls away from the side of the bowl or by hand for 5-10 minutes.

Let raise one hour or until double in size. Divide in three and roll into long, narrow loaves. Place on baguette pan and let raise about 20 minutes.

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Put a pan of water in the oven to add crispness.
