One point chili from Weight Watchers

Ingredients
10 oz lean ground Turkey2 28oz cans diced tomatoes1 15oz can black beans2 15oz cans reduced sodium beef broth4 stalks of celery2 green peppers1 package chili seasoning mix2 medium zucchini2 medium yellow squash
Directions
In large soup pot. Saute 10 oz lean ground turkey and medium chopped onion. Add 2 28oz cans of diced tomatoes, 1 15oz can of black beans, 2 15oz cans of reduced sodium beef broth. Dice and add 4 stalks of celery, 2 green peppers, 1 package chili seasoning mix, 2 medium zucchini, 2 medium yellow squash. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serving size is 1 cup.

    This is very filling for the WW points. I did add a few of my favorite seasonings (ground red pepper, sage, and garlic powder). Grilled cheese sandwiches (FF cheese and high-fiber bread) complement this chili nicely. - 3/1/10
