58 oz fat free chicken broth16 oz low fat saugage cut in half and sliced15 oz can pinto beans with jalapenos(or Not), rinsed and drained15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained4 med carrots chopped3 med celery chopped1 large onion chopped1 tsp fresh thyme14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes
mix all ingredients, except tomatoes in 5-6 quart crock pot. Cover and cook on low at least 6 hours. Stir in tomatoes, cook on high until heated through about 15 minutes. Or stove top methed put all in large saucepan and simmer til carrots are tender
