Ingredients
3 oz Store bought cubed hash browns.25 cup zucchini, diced4-5 medium sizes mushrooms, sliced3 tbsp onion, diced2 tsp fresh or jarred garlicsalt to taste
Directions
Spray medium skillet with non stick spray. heat the pan on mediun to medium high heat then add everything except the hash browns. Sautee until tender and mushrooms are releasing liquid. Add hash brown and sautee until browned.

    What on earth do you call a hash brown. In Australia - it is just like the ones at Macdonalds and full of fat. Shredded potato dipped in fat and combined into a rectangle with more fat added. I see hash browns in recipes all the time. Ours are obviously not the same as what you can buy. - 1/19/10
