Cream Cheese, 3 packages, small 3 ozCanned condensed sweetened milk 3 cansLemon juice, 1 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tspPie crust, graham cracker, 3 pie shells
Allow cream cheese to soften for a few hours at room temp. Blend Cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, & the vanilla extract together. blend for several minutes. It will be lumpy at first but after a few min the lumps will soften out. Just keep blending untill a smooth consistancy is reached. then pour into the graham cracker crusts. Each pie makes 8 servings so 24 all together. but you could easily make 12 pieces per pie. It's just up to you how large of slices you want. Let set in fridge for several hours to let the pie set up. cut serve and enjoy!

I grew up with this recipe and it IS so very yummy and easy. It is a great one anytime of the year and for pot-lucks, parties, etc. We would put a can of cherry or blueberry pie filling after it was set. There's also fat free condensed milk now that would help w/overall calories and so yummy too. - 8/22/15
