Vegetable Soup w/ Salsa

Ingredients
2 Tbs Olive Oil2 cups Carrots2 cups Onions2 cups Celery2 cups Bell Peppers (any color)2 cups Asparagus2 cups Green Beans, frozen2 cups zuchini32 oz Salsa, fresh or deli style16 to 24 oz Beef Broth, fat free & reduced soduim3 cloves Garlic3 Bay LeavesItalian Seasonings to taste
Directions
Heat a large pot on medium heat for a couple minutes.
Add the olive oil, allow to heat up a couple minutes.
Cut all veggies into bite size chunks.
Add carrots, stir occassionally.
Wait 10 minutes then add each of the veggies one by one in the order shown.
Add the the rest of the ingredients
Simmer for 30 minutes or until the carrots done.
