1.3 lbs ground beef, 90% 1 can condensed Campbell's Healthy Request, Tomato Soup 1/3 cup Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs 1/2 medium onion, chopped 1/2 cup green peppers, chopped 1 dash Salt, 1 tsp cracked pepper
Chop onion and pepper. Mix ground beef with half the can of soup and the bread crumbs, add onions and peppers, salt and pepper to taste. Mix with hands until thoroughly combined. Shape into a loaf and bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes, until center is no longer pink.
Makes 8 decent-sized portions, plenty with a baked potato and side salad.
