Semi-Homemade Chicken Pot Pie

1 Pillsbury 9 inch Frozen Pie Crust1.25 cup 98% fat-free cream of chicken broth2 medium red potatoes9 baby carrots1 cup frozen peas1 cup frozen sweet white corn2 chicken breats1/3 cup 1% milk1/2-2/3 cup chicken broth1/4 black pepper1 tsp thyme
Preheat oven to 375F. Thaw and then roll out pie crust. Cube chicken breasts, and chop up veggies into smaller bite size pieces. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Pour ingredients into the pie crust and then top with other half of the pie crust. Bake in pre-heated oven for 45-50 minutes.
