Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Light

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced2 tsp. olive oil2 cups skim milk1 cup chicken broth3 T. flour1/2 t. flour1/4 t. pepper1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese16 oz. dry pasta2 cups broccoli florets1 1/2 # chicken tenderloins
Directions
Bake chicken tenderloins in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through. Cook past in boiling water. Steam broccoli

Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Saute until golden brown, about 10 minutes. In another saucepan, stir together milk, chicken broth, flour, salt and pepper over medium heat until smooth and thick, stirring frequently. Add to onion mixture. Continue to cooke over medium heat, until sauce is thick. Stir in parmesan cheese.

Drain pasta and vegetables. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Combine with sauce.
