1/2 cup butter1 cup sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla2 cups flour3/4 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp nutmeg1/2 cup mashed banana1/4 cup 2% milk1 tsp vinegar

Preheat to 375'. Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Sift flour with baking soda, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Mix milk with vinegar. Add banana to milk mixture. Add dry ingredients and banana/milk to butter mixture. Place in 8
