Squash, soup and salad

Ingredients
One acorn squash halved and cut into quarters. Mixed salad greens (2 cups)Fresh spinach (1 cup)Half a can of healthy choice soup
Directions
Boil the pieces of acorn squash in a pan of hot water fo about 20 minutes or until soft when poked with a fork.
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Arrange salad on plate, squeeze half a lemon over the greens (optional)
Heat soup.
Lunch.
