Ingredients
Directions
1 Multi-Grain Tortilla1/4 Cup Kraft Free Cheddar2tbsp Green Onions, Chopped2tbsp Kraft Free Catalina Dressing1 Leaf of Lettuce (I use green leaf, but any lettuce will do)
Heat skillet on medium. When hot, place tortilla in pan and cook until just barely crisp. Turn tortilla over, sprinkle cheese and onion on one half. When cheese is melted, remove from pan and plate. Add lettuce and dressing, then fold in half. Eat like a taco! :)
I have made variations of this recipe to include green chilis and other vegetables (like tomato, cucumber, etc.), all with great results. You can also use full fat or 2% cheese in place of the fat free, and white flour torillas in place of the multigrain, but of course this will add fat and calories.
