Tofu 'fish' fingers

Ingredients
Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cup Seaweed, kelp, .5 tbsp House premium tofu (firm), 19 oz
Directions
mix together the kelp granules and bread crumbs. slice tofu into the 'fish stick' size you prefer, coat with the crumb mixture and place on cookie sheet and bake in preheated 350 oven for about 25 minutes or so (the thicker the slices of tofu, the longer the cooking time).
