Ingredients
4 Large Fresh Eggs.25 cup Green Bell Peppers.25 cup Onion.25 Shredded Provolone Cheese (not packed)
Directions
Chop up onion and pepper
Mix egg, cheese, onion and pepper together.
Cook in pan over medium heat until egg is cooked. (About 5 minutes). Flip as necessary.
