Sweet Sweet Potato

Ingredients
3 med. sweet potatoes1 Tblsp. of Ghee2 Tblsp. of Brown Sugar
Directions
Preheat oven at 400.

Wash and dry sweet potatoes.
slice in half but not through.
Melt Ghee or margarin. Mix with brown sugar.
Brush mixture into crack.
Close potatoes loosely and wrap in foil.
Bake for approx. 40 min.

If using margarine instead of Ghee the calorie count will be about 20cal. less.
