Lower Cal. Diet Tuna Spread

Ingredients
3 Cans of Starkist Chunk Light Tuna in WATER-drained6 Dill Pickle Spears, diced up1/2 cup of diced onion4 Poached Egg Whites (Yolks removed) or leave in if you desire but add calories and fat to your daily intake.
Directions
Start by poaching your eggs, after they cool, I remove the egg yolks because of the calories and the fat in those yolks. Dice up the cooked egg whites and add to a mixing bowl. Add 3 cans of drained tuna, Dice the pickle spears and the onion and add to the mixture. Then I toss the mixture a bit then add the dressing and mix again. This calls for 24 servings but with this recipe you can afford to eat much more! Give this a try, it's even More Diet than the original!!!!
