Indian style chicken patties

Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken or lamb1 cup greek style non fat plain yogurt1 handful fresh sweet basil1 handful fresh mint1 handful fresh spinach leaves1 Tbs cumin powdersalt/pepper
Directions
chop fresh herbs and spinach finely
mix all ingredients together (useing hands works best).
Shape into thin 1" thick patties (4)
Add 1 Tbs of olive oil to a hot non-stick fry pan
Fry patties 3-4 minutes on each side until done.

Serve in toasted whole wheat pita pockets!
