Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients
1 lb package of Reduced Fat Oreo Cookie1 gallon of Fat Free French Vanilla Ice Cream1 jar of Smucker's Sugar Free Caramel1 jar of Smucker's Sugar Free Hot Fudge
Directions
Crush up cookies night before. Spread in regular size flat cake pan. Put in freezer over night. Set small portion aside for top of the Ice Cream.

When ready to do next day, get the ice cream out at least couple hours before ready to put it on, until its soft enough to spread over cookie crumbs. Hot spoon helps spread easy.

Ice is on, now pour Caramel on the Ice Cream and also pour (hot) Hot Fudge on.
