2 cup all-purpose flour1/2 cup sugar8 tbsp soft margarine1/4 tsp salt2 tsp ground cinnamon2 tsp baking powder2 large eggs1 can (20oz) crushed pineapple (in pineapple juice)
Preheat oven to 350F and grease 2 - 2 1/2 quart glass or casserole dish.
1) In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, butter and salt with a fork until mixture resembles crumbs. Remove 1/3 cup, mix in cinnamon and set aside for topping
2) Stir baking powder into remaining crumb mixture. stir togerther eggs with pineapple and its juice. Mix into crum mixture with baking powder.
3) turn mixture into greased dish, top with crumb mixture and bake @ 350F for 40-45 mins until center is set but not dry.
