My husband thought he'd died and gone to heaven. He loves banans and loves ice cream. He knew he did when the next time I added a bit of vanilla and a little instant banana pudding. I used what I had. Next time I'll try diet or sugar free puddong. It's yummo - 8/15/09

Amazing Recipe! I threw in a splash or two of Almond milk to smooth it out a bit (I don't have high-powered blender/chopper so the milk took some of the edge off) and it's amazing!
